What is with the O-line?

What is with the Bengals offensive line? They seem to have forgotten how to block and how to open holes for the run. They have also forgotten the fundamentals of protecting the QB. At least, they have in the case of Carson Palmer. The o-line is only giving him 2 or 3 seconds to throw the ball. He has no time to look downfield, and receivers such as T.J. Houshmandzadeh and Chad Johnson have no time to run their routes. But look at Ryan Fitzpatrick. He is getting 6 or 7 seconds from the same o-line. I think something happened between Palmer and his o-line during the offseason, because he is getting no time to throw and he is spending most of his time on the ground. I think the Bengals are hushing it up, because something is definitely wrong, and I for one would seriously like to know what is really going on.
